Welcome! I am a Governance Specialist at the World Bank’s Governance Global Practice, focusing on the Global Program on Justice and the Rule of Law. My work involves designing, implementing, and evaluating public policies in low- and middle-income countries, with a particular emphasis on governance and digital technologies.

My experience so far spans countries across Latin America, East Africa, and Europe, where I have harnessed data science and technology to make public institutions more accessible, effective, and accountable. Within the Global Program on Justice and the Rule of Law, I lead research, data, and knowledge initiatives, collaborating closely with government counterparts to enhance the impact of justice reforms. Previously, I worked at DIME’s Data and Evidence for Justice Reform (DE JURE) program, where I utilized randomized trials, administrative data, and machine learning to improve our ability to measure, enhance, and evaluate justice systems.

I am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. I hold a double degree in Law and Economics from University Carlos III of Madrid, and I also have a Master’s in International Policy from Stanford University.
