Welcome! I am a Governance Specialist at the World Bank’s Institutions Global Department, where I focus on the use of digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to strengthen public institutions and make them more accessible, effective, and accountable. During 2025/26, I am part of the core team of the World Development Report 2026 on “AI for Development.”

My work involves designing, implementing, and evaluating public policies, with prior experience across Latin America, East Africa, and Europe. Within the Global Program on Justice and the Rule of Law, I lead research, data, and knowledge initiatives, collaborating closely with government counterparts to enhance the impact of justice reforms. Previously, I worked at DIME’s Data and Evidence for Justice Reform (DE JURE) program, where I utilized randomized trials, administrative data, and machine learning to improve how we measure and evaluate justice systems. I also have prior experience with the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA).

I am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. I hold a double degree in Law and Economics from University Carlos III of Madrid, and I also have a Master’s in International Policy from Stanford University.
